The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We share no information with third parties except your address & phone number will be shared with the courier company to schedule a delivery.

Where is our shipping center?
We have three shipping centers. We ship from Quebec, Toronto or San Antonio, TX.
Do you take returns?
All orders are made-to-order which is why we have a strict no cancellation policy. No returns. We will gladly rectify any damaged goods upon proof.
Why is my shipment late?
Shipments are late due to supply chain issues. If that is the case, we will reach out to you advising you about the delays.
Where are you located?
We are located both in the USA and Canada.
